ADMISSION RULES & PROCEDURE Army Public School Khadakwasla

 

a. Admissions are subject to availability of seats.

b. Priority is given as per AWES norms (serving Army personnel, ex-servicemen, other defence personnel, and civilians in order).

c. Submission of all required documents at the time of admission is mandatory.

d. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and approval by the school authorities.

 

Online Admission Procedure (via ERP Portal):

 

a. Visit the ERP Admission Portal link provided by the school. https://erp.awesindia.edu.in/

b. Register using your valid email ID and mobile number.

c. Fill in the required details carefully.

d. Upload scanned copies of the necessary documents.

e. Pay ₹100/- as admission form fee through the online portal.

f. After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation.

 

Notes :

1. Children under e & f will be considered civil Children for the purpose of admission.

2.Children of civilian staff employed in the school will not be counted as civilians for admission purpose.

 

If there is an acute shortage of classrooms and there is difficulty in adjusting all children of serving Army personnel, Priority of admission will be as follows :

a. Army Public School Transfer cases and private recognized schools.

b. KV Transfer Cases.

c. Transfer cases from local schools.

 

PERCENTAGES OF CIVILIAN CHILDREN:

Admission is closed for civilian children in the of year 2023-24.The strength of civilian children will normally be at the ceiling of 10% subject to availability of seats.

 

CHILDREN OF FOREIGN NATIONALS /NRIS IN ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOLS:

Foreign/NRI children are allowed to be admitted in all Army Public Schools after completion of all formalities like checking of Visa, Passport and guarantee of character and conduct by two respectable Indian citizens with sanction of the Chairman, SMC.

 

MINIMUM CUT-OFF PERCENTAGE AS CONDITION FALLOWS:

a.For fresh admission to class XI,in the case of non APS transfer cases percentages of marks for various streams given above may be increased by 10% for categories laid down in Article 192(d) to (h).
